Welcome to XESTUS Finance & Tax Suite. By accessing or using our websites, utilities, calculators, and generators located at gst.xestus.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Permitted Personal & Commercial Use
You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the calculators and the GST Invoice Generator for both individual personal planning and commercial business invoicing purposes. Invoices generated through our tool are your sole property.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All site designs, custom styling (CSS), client-side JavaScript calculation engines, brand assets, logos, and written instructional guides are the intellectual property of XESTUS Smart Tools. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, or scrape our platform for commercial syndication without prior written authorization.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When using XESTUS, you agree not to:
- Attempt to conduct automated denial-of-service or flood attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
- Embed our software within an unauthorized iframe or proxy wrapper that strips attribution or injects malicious tracking scripts.
- Use the feedback form for commercial spam, automated scraping, or transmitting malicious payloads.
4. Limitation of Liability
While every formula on XESTUS is coded and audited according to statutory CBIC and Income Tax Department rules, all tools are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. XESTUS is not a registered financial advisory firm or legal accounting consultancy. Under no circumstances shall XESTUS or its creators be held liable for any statutory penalties, tax assessments, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from calculations performed on the platform.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
